‘How the Dog Came to Live with Man’ is a Khasi folk tale recounting how the dog was domesticated and came to be used by man for hunting other animals. The illustrations for the story were commissioned by Ramakrishna Mission. It was published in the 2021 July edition of Jingshai or the Light a bi-yearly magazine brought out by the centre.
